  • Published:2006-01-07

Abstract: The present mini-review describes newer methods and strategies, including transposon and T-DNA insertions, TILLING, Deleteagene, and RNA interference, to functionally analyze genes of interest in the model plant Arabidopsis. The relative advantages and disadvantages of the systems are also discussed.(Author for correspondence.Tel: +45 3532 2130; Fax: +45 3532 2128; E-mail: mundy@my.molbio.ku.dk)
