Liao Xue-kun, Chen Wen-xiang, Guo Hui-ran and Wang Hui-ping

Abstract: The triglyceride composition of seed oils of six species of the Camellia was separated and analysed by highperformance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed the plants contain 11–12 kinds of triglyceride predominantly as OOO and POO, but the content of each kind of triglyceride for each species is different.

Key words: Camellia, Seed oil, triglyceride
