摘要: The aerial part of higher plants is generated from the shoot apical meristem (SAM). A mini rice mutant (mini1), which shows premature termination of shoot development, was identified and characterized. Mini1 encodes a putative adhesion of calyx edges protein and play an important role in maintaining SAM activity in rice.
