摘要: Owing to the higher affinity for ammonium, NADP(H)-dependent glutamate dehydrogenase (EcGDH) from Eurotium cheralieri can more efficiently assimilate nitrogen than OsGDH from rice. Ectopic expression of EcGDH significantly enhanced the nitrogen assimilation efficiency, and especially improved grain yield in rice at low nitrogen fertility.
