摘要: Due to the adaptability to environments, rice varieties with diverse flowering times have been domesticated. Among hundreds of varieties, we found that varieties with nonfunctional alleles flowered significantly earlier than those with functional alleles under long-day conditions. Meanwhile, phylogeographic analysis studies suggested that the nonfunctional alleles were derived recently and independently.
