摘要: Reproductive isolation plays a key role in the formation and maintenance of species. Between the sympatric sister species Mussaenda kwangtungensis and M. pubescens var. alba, principal pollinators differed strikingly, strongly supporting the hypothesis that pre-zygotic isolation plays an important part in limiting gene exchange for species with a closer phylogenetic relationship.
