The Structure of Picfeltarraegenin IV and Its Degradation Product

Abstract: A series of new triterpenoid aglycones has been isolated from fraction B of Picria fel-tarrae Lour extract. The structure of picfeltarraegenin Ⅳ was assigned as 4 by means of spectroscopic data (UV, IR,¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR and MS) and some chemical reactions. The structure of degradation product (8) obtained from 1 and 4 was also determined.
