Correlation Analysis between Productivity of Chinese Pine  Pinus tabulaeformis  (Carr.) Plantations and Ecological Factors in Shaanxi Province

Abstract

Abstract: This paper centers on the relationships between productivity of Chinese pine stands and ecological factors. The effects of geographictopographic factors, climatic factors, stand factors, soil factors, and combination of these factors are analysed. The whole 84 step-by-step and multiple regression equations are obtained. There are 6 best equations selected for future use. The standard regression coefficients of environmental factors in each equation are calculated. According to their effects on the production of tree components the important sequence is put in order. At last, the practical utilization of study on the relationships between productivity and ecological factors is explored.
