Abstract: The communities distributed in concert with the gradient of from high to low soil moisture content are listed in the following order, viz. :Phragmites communis, Typha orientalis, Phragmites communis- Miscanthus sacchari florus, Aeluropus littoralis var. sinensis, Suaeda salsa, Tamarix chinensis, Imperata cylindrica var. major-Artemisia capillaris, Aeluropus littoralis var. sinensis-Artemisia capillaris, Imperata cylindrica var. major and Artemisia capillaris. The communities distributed along with the gradient from high to low soil salt content are in the following order :Suaeda salsa, Tamarix chinensis, Typha orientalis, Aeluropus littoralis var. sinensis, Aeluropus littoralis var. sinensis-Artemisia capillaris, Artemisia capiUaris, Phragmites communis, Phragmites communis-Miscanthus sacchariflorus, Imperata cylindrica var. major-Artemisia capillaris and the Imperata cylindrica var. major distribute successively.
