The 1H-NMR Features of Natural Taxane Diterpenoid Compounds

Abstract: The paper reports the IH-NMR features of natural taxane diterpenoids with different skeleton types on the basis of the systematic analysis of their 1H-NMR data. According to the characteristics of 1H-NMR of taxane diterpenoids it proved possible to differentiate unevocally 6/8/6 membered ring and 5/7/6 membered ring systems.
